2. Description of Service

Compliville provides a compliance automation platform for landlords and letting agents in the UK. Our services include Right to Rent checks, AML screening, credit checks, and related compliance tools.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Compliville, you consent to our collection and use of data as described therein.

6. Limitation of Liability

Compliville is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
